---Heartstream Resources was formed in 1992 by a group of professionals who have worked in the care of cross-cultural workers for about three decades. We are a non-denominational Christian organization (see Statement of Faith). We are multi-disciplinary, including medicine, psychology, pastoral care, personnel, candidate selection and training, administration and leadership training. We teach at the graduate level in leadership and cross-cultural training. Each of our staff have, on the average, more than twenty years of service abroad.

---We have lived and worked in more than a dozen countries. Before forming or joining Heartstream Resources we worked with several denominations and international missions or agencies.

--We are motivated by the love of Christ, to serve and care for His servants who provide vital help to people around the world. We are a non-profit, religious organization (501[c]3), supported by donations from individuals, churches, and agencies we serve.
